Boo! It’s Halloween season, which means that it's time to dress up in your favorite spooky getup. For local costume makers and sellers, Halloween is Christmas. Americans spent $9 billion on Halloween last year. But with last minute shoppers and online shopping websites creeping in, these local costumers have got a lot of blood, fangs, and skeletons to sell.
